He has a reputation for building up organizations from scratch and for bringing about company turnarounds. Under his direction Sterlite has grown into a much respected and prominent IT Consulting company. Vic Seth holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Delhi University, India.

Shruthi Sindhe
Sr. Business Development Manager

Shruthi was responsible for establishing the NJ branch of Sterlite Software which she now heads. Having worked in the IT

industry for over 13 years, she has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the IT industry which she has used effectively to develop a strong client base in the North East. She holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Long Island, NY.

Asheesh Seth
Business Development Manager & IT Manager

Asheesh has extensive knowledge and experience in providing clients with technical as well as overall environment management, including architectural design and development of integration points. He also possesses years of experience in website and graphic design. He has in-depth experience having worked with many technologies and has installed network and network management technologies at various customer sites. Asheesh holds a Bachelors degree as well as a Masters degree in Computer Science from Loyola University Chicago. In addition, he is currently earning his MBA from Northwestern's Kellogg School of Management.

Rakesh Vats
Recruiting Manager

Rakesh is responsible for client servicing and new business generation. He has 19 years of Marketing experience in developing market strategy and policies. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University, India and has also completed certifications in Basic, Advanced and Core Java Programming.

Suresh Mokirala
Recruiting Manager

Suresh has over eight years of strong and diverse experience and extensive knowledge of all facets of sales, marketing, strategic planning as well as software development. In addition he has two years of experience in technical recruiting. He is a skilled and knowledgeable leader with complete knowledge of market forces and consumer behavior. Suresh has a Bachelors degree in Computers and a Masters degree in Computers from Osmania University in Hyderabad, India.
